Now, I’m 35 years old, started my weight-loss bloger career as a professional mom, super wife and weight loss coach. To tell you the truth, I saw how my clients struggled to lose weight and keep it off and developed Weight-Loss To Your Body Type System as a way to help them achieve „fast“ weight loss success. I try to deliver relevant information in clear language that puts health into context in peoples’ lives. Through medical content, insights from experts and real people, and breaking news, we answer: how it happened, what it feels like, what you can do about it, and why it matters to lose weight.
I created weight-loss system after seeing the frustration my clients were experiencing trying to lose weight. I reviewed so many medical studies, dozens of diet books and hundreds of diet systems, programs, gadgets, pills and potions as I created the system to your body type.
In all, I spent over 2,5 years of doing research and two and a half more years fine-tuning my system. The most important thing, that I had weight-loss problem…and I was the first who tested the system. I learned that losing weight sustainably isn’t about counting calories, but about choosing the proper method to weight loss. I found that different body types require different solutions and weight loss methods, something that can help one body type, can have no effect on other, in fact it can even cause damage, you can be mistaken that problem is your willpower or genes. Furthermore, food and physical exercises have different effects on different body types. Over these 5 years period I lost 95 pounds, just knowing my body type. I still don’t diet. I eat almost whatever I want, whenever I want.
